What are your delivery deadlines ?

The time I need to complete your order is between 2 or 3 working days

The delivery is done depending on the way of delivery chosen and the country of destination

Can I cancel my order ?

A cancellation of an order is possible within 12 hours after the purchase

Can I send a jewel back ?

You have 14 days from the date of the receiving to send your jewelry back

I live in Brussels, must I order with delivery ?

If you live in the capital city and you want to avoid delivery costs, choose withdrawal at Brussels (Forest) among the options of delivery. I will get in touch with you through the e-mail address you will have written when ordering and we will set a date of withdrawal together .

Can I see your creations in a physical boutique ?

You can find my creations at Kki, Chaussée de Charleroi 214 Saint-Gilles.
